  The Local Government Unit comprises of the Executive Department and Legislative Body. The include the offices of the Local Chief Executive or the Mayor, exercises general supervision and over all control of the programs, projects and services of the municipal government while the Sangguniang Bayan (SB) serves as the law-making body, responsible in the promulgation of resolutions and ordinances. While the Municipal Planning and Development Office handles pertinent data gathering with relevance to the implementation of the municipalities various programs and services, the Municipal Assessor’s Office handles the documents relative to the properties found in the Municipal Territorial Jurisdiction, the offices of Municipal Budget, Municipal Treasurer and Municipal Accounting take charge on the financial and budgetary aspects and the Municipal Civil Registrar handles the documents relative to civil registration.

  The function on administration, coordination and supervision of infrastructure projects as rest on the Municipal Engineering Office. While the Municipal Agricultural Office is responsible in the implementation of plans and programs to ensure delivery of services relative to agricultural activities, thus promoting economic growth and food security. Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office is responsible in the implementation of plans and programs in line with proper disposal of the domestic solid waste of the municipality and responsible in the protection, conservation, rehabilitation and proper management of coastal and forest degradation. Tourism Office although under the supervision of MPDO is responsible in the promotion/marketing of potential eco-tourism that will provide additional income of the municipality. Local Economic Enterprise Development and Management Office its function is to ensure or provide adequate water supply to all Barangays. The functions of these offices are categorized under .

  Under the are the Municipal Health Office, the Department of Education and Municipal Social Welfare. The functions of these agencies are geared toward the promotion of social well-being through quality health care, education and support for the less privileged group. PNP, Phil. Army and BFP those Offices are responsible to maintain Peace and Order Situation and prevent/control fire occurrences.
